Judith A. Cluver, 78, of Watseka passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018 at the Iroquois Resident Home in Watseka. She was born October 3, 1939 in Watseka, the daughter of William and Myrtle Waters Grice. She married the love of her life, David H. Cluver on November 11, 1956 at Ash Grove and he preceded her in death on April 27, 2018.
She is survived by one daughter, Jillene (Steve) Bjorklund of Elgin; two sons, Michael (Mary) Cluver of Aurora and Mark (Norma) Cluver of Watseka; five grandchildren, Aaron Cluver, Amy Bruens, Kelly Teal, Katie Cluver and Kyle Cluver; and five great-grandchildren, Connor, Sophie, Keller, Trey and DJ.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Phyllis Razzano and Patricia McGill; and one brother, Philip “Flip” Grice.
She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Watseka and worked at The Learning Tree Daycare for several years. Judy collected Beanie Babies and enjoyed watching golf and the Chicago Cubs.
Visitation will be on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service at Calvary Lutheran Church in Watseka. Rev. Karl Gibbs will officiate. Burial will follow at Prairie Dell Cemetery in Iroquois.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church in Watseka or Iroquois Memorial Hospice.
